The Touby-Fine Residence is an art-filled loft space designed for Mediabistro’s founder and her musician husband in NYC’s Flatiron District.
The design maintains the open, expansive feel of a loft while accommodating a detailed program by relying on efficiently designed millwork, integrated technologies, and home automation systems.
