Collins Arch brings Australia’s first true mixed-use environment to the center of Melbourne.
SHoP’s collaboration with Woods Bagot won an international competition to design a landmark development on Melbourne’s renowned Collins Street. The project, located at a prominent site in the city’s central business district, has been celebrated as the first in Australia to combine a select mix of programs to achieve the intended levels of 24/7 activation. Collins Arch is a 5-star Greenstar project, and is anticipated to receive the Australian Excellence designation for sustainability.
